Ingredients
- 1 ball Flatbread dough
- 2 tbsp Zaatar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 cup Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Fresh mint
- 1/2 Lemon
Steps

- On a floured surface, stretch the dough into a thin 10-inch round; thin is traditional here.
- Dimple the surface with your fingertips so the topping pools in little wells.
- Stir the zaatar into the olive oil and spread it edge to edge.
- Slide onto the hot stone and bake 7 to 8 minutes until blistered and golden at the rim.
- Top with chopped tomatoes, torn mint, and a squeeze of lemon; slice and eat warm.
