Ingredients
- 2 cups Cauliflower rice
- 1 tbsp Ground flax
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1/4 Onion
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
Steps
- Squeeze the cauliflower rice in a clean kitchen towel until no more water drips; this is the whole secret to crispness.
- Mix the flax with 3 tablespoons of water and rest 5 minutes into a gel.
- Combine the dry cauliflower, flax gel, almond flour, grated onion, garlic powder, and salt.
- Heat the avocado oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
- Pack the mixture into 4 flat patties and cook 4 to 5 minutes per side without fussing; they crisp best when left alone.
- Drain briefly on a rack and salt while hot; serve with eggs or avocado.
