Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Vanilla protein powder
- 3/4 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp Fine salt
- 1/2 cup Light butter, melted
- 3/4 cup Monk fruit brown sweetener
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Milk chocolate chips
Steps
- Whisk the melted butter with the brown sweetener until glossy, then whisk in the egg and vanilla.
- Fold in the flour, protein powder, baking soda, cornstarch, and salt until just combined, then stir in the chocolate chips.
- Chill the dough 15 minutes — skip this and the cookies spread into pancakes.
- Scoop 4 big balls (about 1/3 cup each) onto a parchment-lined sheet, spaced well apart.
- Bake at 350°F for 10 to 11 minutes; the centers should look slightly underdone when they come out — that is the soft middle Crumbl is famous for.
- Cool on the pan a full 10 minutes before moving them, then eat warm while the chips are still melty.
