Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 cups Green tea
- 0.5 lb Salted salmon
- 2 sheets Nori
- 1 tsp Wasabi
- 0.25 cup Mitsuba
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Arare crackers
Steps
- Brew the green tea strong and keep it steaming hot. Flake the salted salmon into bite-sized pieces.
- Divide the hot rice among deep bowls and arrange the salmon, nori strips, and mitsuba on top.
- Pour the hot tea over everything right at the table — it should just cover the rice.
