Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1/3 cup Hot sauce
- 2 tbsp Vegan butter
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-size florets, all roughly the same size so they cook at the same rate.
- Whisk the flour with 3/4 cup of water and a big pinch of salt into a thin batter, about the consistency of pancake batter.
- Dip each floret, let the excess batter drip off, and arrange on the sheet without touching.
- Bake 20 minutes, until the coating is set and pale golden.
- Meanwhile, melt the vegan butter in a small saucepan and whisk in the hot sauce until smooth.
- Toss the baked florets in the warm sauce, return to the oven for 10 minutes until the glaze is sticky and the edges char slightly, and serve hot.
