Where the free part matters
A meal planner is infrastructure, like a calendar. You wouldn't pay a monthly fee for the privilege of writing down Tuesday. The plan itself — the recipes, the portions, the list — costs us nothing extra to generate for you, so we charge nothing.
The two things we're proudest of
USDA-verified numbers. Most meal planners pull from crowdsourced food databases, where a "cup of rice" can mean three different things. We cross-checked hundreds of our recipes against the USDA's own nutrition data, so the macros on your plan are the macros in your food.
A planner with a memory. Rate a meal with one tap and the planner notices. Love it? It comes back. Hate it? It's gone. Your plan gets better the longer you use it — which is exactly what a good coach would do.
Try the free one first
No account, no card, no trial clock ticking. Build a week and see if you ever think about the paid one again.
Free forever. If you love it, tell a friend — that's our whole marketing budget.
