Ingredients

Steps

  1. Spoon the labneh into a shallow, wide bowl and use the back of the spoon to swirl it into a smooth circle with a little dip in the middle.
  2. Drizzle the olive oil into the center dip so it pools there, then dust the za'atar evenly over the top.
  3. Slice the cucumber into half-moons and halve any large cherry tomatoes.
  4. Arrange the cucumber and tomatoes around or on top of the labneh for scooping.
  5. Finish with a pinch of flaky salt if you have it — it wakes up the tangy flavor of the labneh.
  6. Serve with bread or crackers for dipping, and eat within the hour for the freshest texture.
