Ingredients
- 1 Banana
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 cup Oat milk
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 1 cup Ice
Steps
- Break the banana into chunks and drop it into your blender first — it blends easiest at the bottom.
- Add the peanut butter, oat milk, cocoa powder, and ice on top.
- Lock on the lid and blend on high for about 45 seconds until thick, frosty, and completely smooth — no ice chips rattling around.
- Stop and check the thickness: if it's too thick to pour, add a splash more oat milk and blend 10 more seconds.
- Pour into a tall glass and add a straw if you like.
- Drink immediately while it's cold and frothy — melted shakes don't keep well.
