- 1/2 cup Apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 3 cups Coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce

- For deepest flavor, wrap and refrigerate overnight — or cook right away if time is short.
- Place in a slow cooker with the vinegar and broth.
- Cook on low 8 hours, until the meat collapses when prodded with a fork.
- Lift out the pork and shred it, discarding large pieces of fat.
- Skim the fat from the cooking liquid and toss the pork back through a cup of it.
- Stir in the BBQ sauce to taste.
- Serve piled over the coleslaw mix for crunch.
