Ingredients
- 2 packs Frozen acai puree
- 1/2 Banana
- 1/2 cup Almond milk
- 1/4 cup Granola
- 1/3 cup Fresh berries
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
Steps
- Run the frozen acai packs under warm water for about 10 seconds, just so they loosen up enough to break into chunks — but don't thaw them fully; keeping them icy is what gives the bowl that thick, spoonable texture.
- Add the acai chunks, banana, and almond milk to a high-speed blender and blend, using the tamper or stopping to scrape down the sides, until thick and smooth like soft-serve; add the almond milk just a splash at a time so it stays thick.
- Spoon the blend into a wide, shallow bowl and smooth the top with the back of the spoon.
- Sprinkle the granola over one section, pile the fresh berries on another, and drizzle the almond butter over the top in a zigzag ribbon.
- Tip: warm the almond butter for 10 seconds in the microwave first — it drizzles much more easily than straight from the jar.
- Serve immediately; smoothie bowls melt fast at room temperature.
