Ingredients
- 3 Celery stalks
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Raisins
- 1 tsp Honey
Steps
- Wash 3 celery stalks and pat them dry with a paper towel so the peanut butter grips instead of sliding.
- Trim off the leafy tops and cut each stalk crosswise into 3-inch pieces on a cutting board to make the logs.
- Spoon about 2 teaspoons of peanut butter into the hollow of each celery piece, spreading it edge to edge with a butter knife.
- Press 3 or 4 raisins into a straight line down the center of each log so they look like marching ants.
- Drizzle the honey lightly over the finished logs, letting it catch on the raisins.
- Arrange the logs on a plate and serve right away; the celery stays crisp for about an hour at room temperature.
