Ingredients
- 6 slices Deli turkey
- 3 slices Provolone
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 3 Pickle spears
Steps
- Lay the 6 turkey slices flat on a cutting board, overlapping them slightly into 3 pairs.
- Spread each pair thinly with mustard, staying a finger's width from the edges so it doesn't squeeze out.
- Place half a provolone slice over each turkey pair, then lay a pickle spear across the center.
- Roll each one up tightly from one short end, tucking as you go, and set them seam-side down.
- Slice each roll in half on the diagonal with a sharp knife for easy finger food.
- Serve right away, or wrap tightly in plastic and chill up to 4 hours — any longer and the pickle softens the meat.
