Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- 1 pinch Cinnamon
Steps
- Rinse 1 apple under cold water and pat it dry — a dry apple is easier to slice safely.
- Stand the apple upright and cut downward on each side of the core to get 4 large slabs, then slice each slab into thin wedges.
- Arrange the wedges on a small plate in a single layer so they are easy to grab.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of almond butter into a small bowl. If it is stiff from the jar, stir it vigorously for 30 seconds to loosen it.
- Dust a pinch of cinnamon over the almond butter.
- Dip and eat right away — cut apple browns within minutes, so do not slice it ahead.
