Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1/3 cup Mixed berries
Steps
- Line a small baking tray or plate with parchment paper — the bark will not release from a bare tray.
- Spread 3/4 cup of Greek yogurt into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick. Too thick and it takes forever to freeze; too thin and it shatters into dust.
- Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey back and forth over the yogurt.
- Scatter 1/3 cup of mixed berries over the top, pressing them in lightly so they stick.
- Freeze at least 2 hours, until completely solid and firm to the touch.
- Break into rough pieces with your hands and eat frozen. Store pieces in a freezer bag up to 2 weeks.
