Copycat Pink Drink (Starbucks’ style)
Light coconut milk does the heavy lifting here, with freeze-dried strawberries rounding it out. An American snack that takes 10 minutes, start to finish. The macros do the talking: 5g protein, 8g carbs, and 1g fat in every 60-calorie serving. It scales cleanly if you are cooking for more than one.

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Light coconut milk
- 1/2 cup Freeze-dried strawberries
- 1 packet Strawberry acai drink mix
- 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
- 2 cups Ice
- 4 Fresh strawberries
Steps
- Shake the coconut milk, drink mix, and protein powder with ice like you’re behind a bar — the shake is what froths it pink.
- Strain over fresh ice so the foam lands on top in a proper layer.
- Stir in the freeze-dried strawberries; they bleed that signature blush and go jammy at the edges.
- Slice fresh strawberries into the glass for the float; it looks like the real thing because it basically is.
- Drink within the hour — the foam settles and the magic fades.
