Ingredients
- 4 Espresso shots
- 1 cup Nonfat milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free vanilla syrup
- 3 cups Ice
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
Steps
- Pull the espresso and use it hot; shaking hot espresso with ice is what builds the foam — cold shots won’t froth.
- Add syrup and a full tray of ice to a shaker or mason jar — more ice than you think, half-melted ice waters it down.
- Shake hard for 15 seconds until the vessel frosts; that foam cap is the whole drink.
- Strain over fresh ice and top with cold milk poured slowly so it marbles through the crema.
- Dust with cinnamon and drink fast; the foam waits for no one.
