- 2 slices Sourdough bread
- 5 oz Turkey breast
- 2 tbsp Cranberry sauce
- 2 oz Brie
- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 tsp Butter
Steps
- Spread cranberry sauce on one slice of sourdough.
- Layer the turkey, brie slices, and arugula.

- Press the sandwich 3–4 minutes per side until the bread is crisp and the brie is fully melted.
- Rest 2 minutes so the cheese sets slightly, then slice on the diagonal.
